2nd May, Saturday, 2:30PM: Special Event for Mayo Day at W Cinema, Westport, with Space Reporter and Adventurer, Dr. Niamh Shaw, her “Reflections on Artemis II”, plus (In Collaboration with Friends of Mayo Dark Skies and Mayo Dark Sky Festival). Registration on Eventbrite required (see below).
3rd & 4th May, Sunday & Monday, From 11AM: Drop-In Events at the Wild Nephin National Park Ballycroy Visitor Centre, including the 10th Birthday Reception and Special Launch for the Community Constellations for Dark Skies, Pale Blue Dot Planetarium hosted by Armagh Observatory & Planetarium, Artist showcases and exhibitions by Louise Beer and Anne Marie Deacey, Informative Talks by special guests such as Dr. Niamh Shaw, Science on Stilts by Circus250, and much more!
