    Join us for our next Women In Dark Skies event on Monday 6th November at 7pm. 

    In this talk, travel journalist and dark sky advocate Megan Eaves will explore dark skies around the world, recalling some of her most memorable night skies, from Kyrgyzstan to New Zealand. She'll discuss how dark sky tourism has become a trend that's captured the world's imagination and talk about the appeal of dark sky travel and how to plan your own trip to see the stars.

    About Megan:Megan Eaves is a travel writer, darkness advocate and the editor of DarkSky International's quarterly publication, Nightscape. Megan has been a travel journalist for more than 15 years and was previously the East and Central Asia Editor at travel publisher Lonely Planet, producing books, web content, video and more on travel. Her writing appears in BBC Travel, The Independent, The Times, CNN, Wanderlust, AFAR and others, and she is currently writing a travel memoir about darkness.
